A word from the manager

I joined the debt collection industry in 2001. Throughout my career, I’ve come to realize that customers were looking for greater transparency, particularly when it came to paying for the services they received. Support was also lacking: the profession didn’t offer enough advice to customers.

In 2015, I had the opportunity to join CJS Caisse Juridique Suisse, whose ethics matched my idea of a comprehensive, flexible and transparent service.
